Fixes
Information in the Quick Price window is no longer cut off when the window is opened from the Drug or Mixture Folder.
For non-PrescribeIT® stores, the Doctor Folder can now be opened from the Authorization Request window, allowing you to change the doctor's information if needed.
Enhancements
The Auto Reconcile All Purchase Orders preference has been defaulted to No and cannot be changed. For information on how to reconcile purchase orders, see Downloading McKesson Invoices and Reconciling Purchase Orders One-by-One.
Purchase orders remain open until all items in the order have been accounted for in the invoice files. This allows you to reconcile items that have delayed delivery schedules. As a result of this change, the Auto-Reconcile Exceptions report will no longer include Purchase Order Exceptions (i.e., items included in the purchase order in PharmaClik Rx but missing from the invoice).
If you have a product with a negative PIN in your PharmaClik Rx purchase order, this product will not be automatically reconciled. This means, the purchase order will stay open even if all applicable invoices have been applied. To avoid this, you can request the addition of a drug to PharmaClik Rx with its actual DIN/NPN using our Drug Add Request Form. For instructions on how to manually close a purchase order after applying all applicable invoices, see Manually Reconciling a McKesson Purchase Order.
Microsoft Edge Chromium is now the default browser for all browser-based modules and functions in PharmaClik Rx.
